You can find the full text from the German Federal Aviation Authority (Luftfahrt-Bundesamt) [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lba.de\/DE\/Luftsicherheit\/SichereLieferkette_DE\/RegBDeuteschland\/Aktuelle_Inforamtionen\/RegB_Newsletter\/Newsletter\/News_28_10_2024.html?nn=2093350#msdynttrid=6qaW8myW75hTG0Fjk3Wa94SE8sI1aA_i8Y01ms_Ikx8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>].<\/p>\n<p><strong>A shipment is considered tamper-evident if:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unauthorised items cannot be introduced, or<\/li>\n<li>Any tampering is immediately visible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to comply with these requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Sealed packaging:<\/strong> Avoid openings that could allow unnoticed interference. If unavoidable (e.g., due to specific cargo types), minimise openings to eliminate the possibility of tampering.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Appropriate sealing materials:<\/strong> Use items such as company-branded or security adhesive tape, strapping bands, seals, or tamper-evident tags.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Durable outer packaging:<\/strong> Opt for robust materials like cartons, drums, or wooden crates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimisation of voids:<\/strong> Ensure consolidated shipments do not contain empty spaces that could allow unauthorised items to be inserted. If voids are unavoidable (e.g., in drums), they must remain fully visible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important to note:<\/strong><br \/>\nEven within the secure supply chain, tamper-evident packaging is a legal requirement.
