The MBS Logistics Group has announced it will open its first branch in Zurich, Switzerland, on 1 July 2023. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for MBS as it solidifies its commitment to meeting the needs of its growing customer base in the Swiss market while advancing global expansion plans.
The new Swiss entity is called MBS Logistics AG and is optimally situated at Zurich airport. MBS Logistics AG is equipped to offer a complete range of air, sea and road freight forwarding services. In addition, the branch will provide time-critical delivery services with MBS’s ‘Anytime’ product. Established in 2017, Anytime specialises in delivering a wide range of especially urgent shipments by land or air. From on-board courier services to charter options, the Anytime department tailors logistics solutions to specific customer needs, guaranteeing clients a quote within 15 minutes.

MBS Logistics AG will be led by Fabian Heil, who joined MBS on 1 June 2023 as Managing Director Switzerland. Having most recently served as Branch Manager at an international freight forwarder in Switzerland, Heil has extensive experience in the region’s logistics market. He will lead a team of logistics experts at the Zurich branch, who bring a diverse range of competencies and freight forwarding expertise.
